Design

A design is a simplified version

Design

Diverse team from aerospace, mechanical, and electrical engineering can help to reach unique solutions.

Whether you need to modify an existing design or create an entirely new one from scratch, our team of engineers and designers can utilize the latest in 3D modeling and analysis technology to meet your project requirements.

With backgrounds from aerospace, mechanical, and electrical engineering to the fine arts, our diverse team can reach unique solutions. Working with our in-house fabrication specialists, our designers are able to determine the best fabrication method for the job.

3D Scanning

Have a physical object you need converted to a digital model for 3D printing, CNC machining or reverse engineering? 3D scanning could be the solution.

Our high resolution scanners turn anything as big as a car to as small as a mouse into an STL 3D model. From there we can modify the model and prep it for manufacturing.

Saint Mary’s College of Maryland

Various artifacts from the first settlers in Maryland were presented and scanned to showcase digitally for St. Mary’s visitors.

A new building was being made for the archeology department on campus and they requested the scans be used to demonstrate some of the artifacts discovered in the surrounding fields.

Old vases, water masons, and engraved pipes were just some of the artifacts we successfully scanned with the Artec Spider scanner.

Prehistoric Imprint Sample

This 8 ft by 3 ft sandstone slab containing over 70 mammals and dinosaurs tracker was discovered at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center where it now sits on display.

Working with the man who discovered the tracks, Ray Stanford, Mach33 was allowed to scan the large artifact with our Artec Eva scanner and then use that scan to create a palm-sized version using a color polyjet printer.
